By the decision of the Administrative Court of May 8, 2026, the claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted. The decision invalidated the state registration of the ownership of the building with an area of ​​422.5 square meters located on Yeritasardakan Street in Vayk, in the name of the "Defense Sports and Technical Center of the Republic of Armenia" public organization, made on May 2, 2002. The cadastral value of the real estate is AMD 17 million 370 thousand.

It should be recalled that in parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court against the Cadastre Committee, a third party, the "DOSAAF of Armenia" pan-Armenian patriotic public organization, demanding to invalidate the state registration of the property right to the shooting range located on Yeritasardakan Street,  Vayk town, on May 2, 2002, in the name of the public organization.

After the decision enters into legal force, the property right of the Republic of Armenia will be restored to the real estate with an area of ​​422.5 square meters.
