On October 10, 2025, the Prosecutor's office of Ararat Region filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against Artashat community and an individual, demanding to declare the auction held on November 8, 2017 for land plot with 1672 square meter invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity.

The court, by its ruling of April 10, 2026, granted the claim of the Prosecutor's office of Ararat region.

Taking into account that it is impossible to return the land plot, as a consequence of the invalidity of the contract, after the ruling enters into legal force, AMD 61 million 665 thousand 800 will be confiscated in favor of Artashat community from the individual who acquired the land plot.
