The Prosecutor General's Office informed that on February 27, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the decision the purchase and sale agreement was declared invalid for a 0.17 ha plot of land located on Admiral Isakov Avenue, Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan City, signed on March 3, 2006, between the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan and the CJSC.

Taking into account that it is impossible to return the above-mentioned plot of land, as a consequence of the invalidity of the agreement, the value of the plot of land, AMD 78 million 860 thousand, will be confiscated from the closed joint-stock company in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

The verdict has entered into legal force, and a writ of execution has been issued.
