The Prosecutor's Office of Tavush Region revealed that a report was submitted by the Tavush Division of the General Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that the former Head of Achajur settlement, K.Gh., illegally changed the administrative building of the stadium, which is owned by the community and has a cadastral value of about AMD 17 million, shared into 4 sections and, starting from 2016, leased the sections to various persons, receiving the rent instead of the community.

As a result of the intervention undertaken by the Prosecutor's Office of Tavush Region, the territory of the administrative building of the stadium was returned to the possession of the enlarged community of Ijevan.

The initiated criminal proceeding is in progress.
