From the damage to the state AMD 111,900,000 was recovered

On April 9, 2026, damage to the state AMD 111,900,000 was recovered. As part of a criminal case investigated by the Investigative Committee, it was established that on April 8, 2015 a company that participated and was declared the winner of the tender announced by the “Hayastan” Pan-Armenian Fund, for the purchase of 14,000 tons of bitumen, prepared and submitted false invoices to the “Hayastan” Pan-Armenian Fund between August and November 2016, resulting in damage to the state, according to preliminary estimates, with the amount of AMD 171,515,000.

 

On April 7, 2026, the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against A.A., the director of the CJSC, under Article 38-205, Part 2 (facilitating tax evasion on an especially large scale), against the founder of LLC A.M. under Article 38-205, Part 2 (organizing tax evasion on an especially large scale), and against the director of LLC Kh. H. under Article 205, Part 2 (malicious tax evasion on an especially large scale) of the Criminal Code adopted on April 18, 2003.

 

During the criminal proceedings, AMD  111 million 900 thousand was recovered from the damage caused to the state.

 

The preliminary investigation is ongoing.
