As a result of examinations carried out within the scope of its authority to file claims for state (community) interests protection, the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region submitted claims to the Anti-Corruption Court in February 2026 against 3 individuals and 2 legal entities with a demand to terminate development rights over 5 land plots with a total area of 5.5 ha located within the territory of the “Dilijan” National Park SNCO.

By decisions of the Anti-Corruption Court, the above-mentioned claims have been accepted for proceedings, and measures for securing the claims have been applied.
