By its decision of March 13, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office against a private individual, the Stepanavan community, a commercial bank, and with the Cadastre Committee involved as a third party. After the judicial act enters into legal force, a 105 sq. m. public green space located at 4/1 Bondarev street in Stepanavan, Lori region, will be returned to the Stepanavan community.

It should be recalled that in 2024 the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Administrative Court demanding to declare invalid the decision of the Stepanavan community Head, dated  December 26, 2011, and to apply the consequences of invalidity. Based on a motion filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Administrative Court forwarded the claim to the Anti-Corruption Court on April 10, 2025.
