Another claim filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding the confiscation of property of illicit origin has been accepted for proceedings at the Anti-Corruption Court.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim to the court to confiscate from individuals affiliated to Poghos Poghosyan, the former Head of the Armament Department of the RA Armed Forces and former Commander of the Second Army Corps of the Ministry of Defense (Poghos Poghosyan passed away in 2024) in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

• 2 real estate properties in Yerevan;
• AMD 451,540,000.
