6 land plots with over 3.15 ha area were returned to Meghri community. The decisions based on the claims of the Prosecutor’s Office for the protection of state (community) interests passed by the Anti-Corruption Court have entered into legal force.   

The Prosecutor General's Office had informed that on December 23, 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court has granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the protection of state (community) interests. The decision invalidated the auctions of May 16, 2016 and June 20, 2016 regarding land plots with an area of ​​0.9 ha, 0.2 ha, 0.4 ha and 0.6 ha located in the Alvank settlement of Meghri community.

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of October 23, 2025, another claim of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted. The decision invalidated the auction of July 4, 2014 and, as a consequence of the invalidity, the decisions of the head of Alvank community No. 17-A and 18-A of July 4, 2014 regarding land plots with an area of ​​0.2 and 0.5 hectares located in the Alvank community of Syunik Region, the purchase and sale contracts signed between the Alvank community and an individual on July 15, 2014, as well as the state registrations of ownership rights made in the names of two individuals on September 11, 2020.

On February 11, 16 and 17, 2026, the state registration of the ownership rights of the Meghri community was carried out in the Cadastre Committee for 6 land plots located in Meghri community of Syunik region.
