As a result of a motion submitted by the Prosecutor of Lori region to the Head of the Gulagarak community of Lori Pregionrovince, within the framework of criminal proceedings pending at the Investigative Committee, the ownership rights of the Gulagarak community over seven agricultural land plots with a total area of 3.857921 ha have been restored.

The total cadastral value of the land plots, approximated to market value, amounts to AMD 4,131,000.

It should be recalled that in 2025, also within the framework of criminal proceedings and as a result of a motion submitted by the Prosecutor to the Head of the Gulagarak community of Lori region, four agricultural land plots with areas of 0.13572 ha, 0.708749 ha, 0.45116 ha and 0.446412 ha were returned to the community.
