The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted into proceeding another claim of the Prosecutor General's Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a claim to the court to confiscate from Rubik Hakobyan /father’s name: Karapet/ the former Consul General in Saint Petersburg, former Deputy of the RA National Assembly and his affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia: 

• 5 immovable properties in Yerevan, 1 right to purchase of property
• 2 transportation means.
