Two another plots of land located within the Ijevan City Park will be returned to the community. The claims of the Prosecutor’s Office have been granted

On March 11, 2025, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals, demanding the termination of the construction rights of those individuals over a 18 sq.m. plot of land located at 18/3 Tatеrakan Street and a 351 sq.m. plot of land located at 1/28 Valans street of Ijevan city of Ijevan community of Tavush Region.

 

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court dated January 26, 2026, the claims of the Prosecutor General’s Office were granted. The construction rights of 2 individuals over the landplots were terminated pursuant to the mentioned decisions.

 

After the decisions enters into legal force, the Prosecutor General’s Office will submit an application to the Cadastre Committee for the state registration of the termination of the construction rights of the individuals over the specified plots of land.

 

It should be reminded that, in total, the following properties located within the Ijevan City Park in Tavush region have been returned to the Ijevan community:

 

 

  • A 19 sq.m. plot at 18 Taterakan Street,
  • A 350.1 sq.m. plot at 18/7 Taterakan Street,
  • A 19.8 sq.m. plot at 18/5 Taterakan Street,
  • A 436 sq.m. plot at 1/55 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 0.06 ha plot at 1/29 Valans Street,
  • A 0.001 ha plot at 1/62 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 436.8 sq.m. plot at 1/54 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 1,500 sq.m. plot at 1/41 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 0.03 ha plot at 18/6 Taterakan Street,
  • A 0.03 ha plot at 1/27 Valans Street.

 

In addition, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, a 0.03 ha plot adjacent to the fountains in the city park has been returned to the possession and use of the Ijevan community.
