As a result of an investigation and prosecutorial intervention carried out by the Prosecutor’s Office of Syunik region within the scope of its powers to protect state (community) interests, the right to develop land plots with areas of 190 sq. m and 475 sq. m, allocated to two individuals, has been terminated. Consequently, two land plots with a total area of 665 sq. m, located in Vazgen Sargsyan Park, have been returned to the ownership of the Kapan community.
