In accordance with the Government decision dated December 5, 2024, the Prosecutor General’s Office has summarized data on monetary funds recovered under criminal proceedings to the Unified Account of Recovered Funds and the Unified Tax Account, as well as on monetary funds actually seized as property.

Thus:

In the second half of 2025, AMD 3,615,805,415 was transferred to the Unified Account of Recovered Funds.

From the date of launch (December 5, 2024) to December 31, 2025, AMD 21,458,058,668 was transferred to the Unified Account of Recovered Funds[1].

In the second half of 2025, AMD 7,634,051,185 was transferred to the Unified Tax Account.

In the second half of 2025, under criminal proceedings pending at the Investigative Committee, seizures were imposed on AMD 832,908,689.

In the second half of 2025, under criminal proceedings pending at the Anti-Corruption Committee, no monetary funds were seized.

[1] The amount includes AMD 9,425,523,000 transferred from the Investigative Committee’s deposit account and AMD 4,368,396,700 transferred from the Prosecutor’s Office deposit account, from the date of establishment of the Unified Account of Recovered Funds to the second half of 2025.
