The Anti-Corruption Court has granted the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office by its ruling of January 9, 2026 for the protection of state interests against Avetik Dallakyan.    

The Anti-Corruption Court, by its ruling of January 9, 2026, has satisfied the claim against Avetik Dallakyan brought by the Prosecutor General's Office for the protection of state interests. After the judicial act enters into force, approximately AMD 612.000.000 equivalent to 1.600.000 USD, will be seized from Avetik Dallakyan in favor of the state.

Let us recall that on October 14, 2024, the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court against Avetik Dallakyan, the former director of the "Masis" Water Users Company, demanding the recovery of the damage caused to the state as a result of the dismantling of an irrigation pressure pipeline with a market value of approximately AMD 612.000.000.
