On July 16, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court within the framework of its authority to initiate a lawsuit for the protection of state interests demanding to declare the auction invalid and apply the consequences of the invalidity.

The Anti-Corruption Court granted the Prosecutor General's lawsuit on December 12, 2025. The auction held on August 17, 2018 for a 0.2 ha plot of land invalid by the verdict, and, in the result of the invalidity, the real estate purchase and sale agreement signed on August 22, 2018 between the Merdzavan settlement of the Parakar community of Armavir Region and an individual, as well as the state registration of ownership rights were declared invalid.

After the verdict enters into legal force, the 0.2 ha plot of land will be returned to the Parakar community of Armavir Region.
