On August 2, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court within the framework of its authority to initiate a lawsuit for the protection of state interests demanding to declare the auction invalid and apply the consequences of the invalidity.

The Anti-Corruption Court granted the Prosecutor General's lawsuit on December 15, 2025. The auction held on June 27, 2022 for the plots of land with the area 5.2 ha and 8.5 ha invalid by the verdict, and, in the result of the invalidity, the real estate purchase and sale agreements signed on July 14, 2022 between Shamiram community of Aragatsotn Region and an individual, as well as the state registration of ownership rights were declared invalid.

After the verdict enters into legal force, the plots of land with the area of 5.2 and 8.5 will be returned to Shamiram community of Aragatsotn Region.
