On December 4, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia toward a plot of land with the area of 0,006 ha, located at Nubarashen 11th Street, land plot 16/18, Yerevan, was restored.

It should be recalled that in parallel with the criminal proceeding initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim to the Administrative Court, demanding to recognize invalid the state registration of the ownership of the above-mentioned property in Yerevan in the name of the PanArmenian Patriotic Non-Governmental Organization "DOSAAF of Armenia".
