In a criminal case being investigated at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan City, indictment was rendered against the accused who committed particularly large embezzlement by means of computer. The accused A. H. was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment.

A public criminal prosecution was initiated against A. H. for the act that, during 2021-2022, he misled 39 citizens, obtained access to their "Idram" applications, managed the money in their wallets, and issued an online loan through the application, and thus embezzled AMD 39 million 803 thousand.

It’s worth mentioning that in cases where the amount in the application was embezzled, the citizen was recognized as the victim, in cases where online loans were issued, the bank was recognized as the victim.
