Since January 1, 2025, the Prosecutor’s Office, its exclusive authority of filing claims in the scope of state interests (community) protection, as well as prosecutorial actions, has returned to the state or communities property and funds worth approximately USD 175,640,000 (equivalent to AMD 66,667,000,000). This includes kindergartens, cultural centers, sports facilities, natural monuments, parks, land plots and cash assets.
