On July 13, 2023, the General Prosecutor's Office had  filed a claim in the Anti-Corruption Court against the Eghegnadzor community of the Vayots Dzor Region and two individuals with the request to declare the auctions invalid regarding land plots 4 and 6 located in the Gladzor community, Getap 29 street, and apply the consequences of invalidity to them.

The claim of the Prosecutor’s Office was granted with the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court. The ownership rights of two individuals on the above-mentioned land plots were terminated.

The decisions entered into legal force.

On November 7, 2025, the Cadastre Committee registered the property rights of the Eghegnadzor community on two land plots with an area of ​​1600 square meters in Gladzor community on November 7, 2025. The cadastral value of plots, close to the market, is AMD 2 million.
