On November 3, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was restored over a 6-hectare land plot and an 88.9-square-meter autodrome located at 45 Nansen, Armavir City, Armavir Region.

The total cadastral value, approximated to the market one, amounts to AMD 77,144,000.

It should be recalled that, alongside the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office had filed a claim with the Administrative Court, requesting to declare invalid the state registration of ownership of the real estate located at 45 Nansen, under the name of the “DOSAAF of Armenia” All-Armenian Patriotic NGO.
