On November 3, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was restored over a 4-hectare land plot located at 8 Odzun settlement, Lori Province.
The cadastral value of the land, approximated to the market value, is AMD 20 million 592 thousand.

It should be recalled that, alongside the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office had filed a claim with the Administrative Court, requesting to declare invalid the state registration of ownership of the land plot located at Odzun, Lori Region, under the name of the “DOSAAF of Armenia” All-Armenian Patriotic NGO.
