On November 3, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was restored over a land plot of approximately 2.8 hectares located at 59 Ghapantsyan Street, Yerevan, together with a 35.2 sq. m hotel, a 10.9 sq. m guard post, a 41.2 sq. m office, a 182.8 sq. m workshop, 14.7 sq. m and 198.9 sq. m storage facilities, as well as a 0.0376-hectare land plot located at 59/11 Ghapantsyan Street. According to an expert valuation, the total market value of these properties amounts to the AMD 1,639,650,000 equivalent to USD 4,286,000.

It should be recalled that, in parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Administrative Court, for declaring invalid the state registration of ownership rights registered under the name of the “DOSAAF OF ARMENIA” All-Armenian Patriotic NGO over the real estate located at 59 Ghapantsyan Street and 59/11 Ghapantsyan Street, Yerevan.
