On January 24, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported that files separated from the criminal proceedings concerning M.S., G.D., and D.M. — security guards of N.T. — who participated in an act of armed hooliganism and burglary committed on October 26, 2024, at a casino in Tsaghkadzor, had been submitted to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk Region.

Public criminal prosecution against the security guards of N.T. was initiated on January 13, 2025, under points 1 and 2 of part 2 of Article 253 (burglary committed by a group of persons acting in conspiracy, destroying means intended for the protection or preservation of property), as well as under point 1 of part 2 of Article 474 (supporting a person having committed a criminal offence by a group of persons acting in conspiracy) of the Criminal Code.

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings conducted by the Investigative Committee, on September 4, 2025, the prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecution against two more security guards of N.T. — A.A. and A.M. — under points 1 and 2 of part 2 of Article 253 and point 1 part 2 of Article 474 of the Criminal Code.

The part of the criminal proceedings concerning A.A. and separated from the main criminal proceedings was submitted to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk Region, on October 31, 2025, along with the indicment approved by the prosecutor.

A.M. has been declared wanted.
