The ownership right of the Republic of Armenia has been restored over a 3-hectare land plot of “special” operational significance in the Berd community of Tavush region: Prosecutor General’s Office

On October 29, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was restored over a  3-hectare land plot of “special” operational significance and a 16.6 sq. m. building located at 112 Guardhouse in the 2nd Street of Navur settlement of Berd community of Tavush region. The cadastral value, close to the market value, of the property is AMD 4,580,000.

 

It should be recalled that, alongside the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office had filed a claim with the Administrative Court, requesting to declare invalid the state registration of ownership of the aforementioned immovable properties under the name of the “DOSAAF of Armenia” All-Armenian Patriotic NGO.

 

The settlement agreement concluded between the parties regarding the return of the immovable properties to the state was approved by the Administrative Court on June 19, 2025.
