The claims of the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office were granted according to the judgments of October 16 and October 17, 2025. After the judicial acts enter into legal force, AMD 11 million 308 thousand will be seized in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

It should be recalled that the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed claims to the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals for compensation of damage caused to the state due to unpaid tax liabilities.
