In the result of the decision made by the Government of the Republic of Armenia today, the land plot of "residential" purpose with an area of ​​735 square meters located on the left side of Shiraz Street in Ajapnyak Administrative District of Yerevan City was allocated to the State Property Management Committee of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. The cadastral value, approximated to the market value, is AMD 18 million 293 thousand.

The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan stated that on August 5, 2025 the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia to the property was recovered as the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office. "We had requested the court to declare the purchase and sale agreement signed between the Mayor of Yerevan and an individual on February 1, 2003 invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity," the Prosecutor General of the Republic noted, adding that during January-September 2025, only within the framework of the authority to protect state and community interests, an immovable property with a cadastral value of 280 thousand 338 square meters of about 10 million 276 thousand US dollars, equivalent to AMD 3 billion 933 million, 2 kindergartens and 1 stadium, and AMD 249 million, equivalent to 654 thousand US dollars were confiscated and returned to the Republic of Armenia.  

Anna Vardapetyan also informed that from December 5, 2024 to present (since the launching date), an amount exceeding AMD 20 billion, equivalent to 52 million 254 thousand US dollars, has been deposited into the Unified Account of Recovered Funds.
