In the result of the adoption of one of the projects included in today's government session, a land plot with an area of 1.687 hectares, the approximate market value AMD 645 million 950 thousand located at the area of Yerevan TV Tower and a land plot with an area of 1.72 hectares with an approximate market value of AMD 658 million 586 thousand located at the same area were attached to the Ministry of Environment.

Let us remind you that in the area adjacent to the Yerevan TV Tower, as a result of the Prosecutor General's Office claims granted, 5 land plots with an area of about 7 hectares have been restored to the Republic of Armenia, the total cadastral value of which is AMD 3 billion or 7.8 million US dollars.

Thus, all 5 land plots were attached to the Ministry of Environment.

Let us recall that the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia recommended during the Government session of August 7, 2025 to establish a forest in the above-mentioned territories returned to the state, located at the area adjacent to Yerevan TV Tower.
