During the first half of 2025, AMD 11 million 670 thousand, which is equivalent to 30 thousand US dollars damage caused to the state and community was recovered in the result of criminal proceedings, as well as a real estate worth of AMD 31 million 680 thousand was returned to the community on the ground of a lawsuit filed with the Anti-Corruption Court in the scope of state (community) interests.   

In particular, when the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of January 13, 2025, entered into force, the ownership rights of the Republic of Armenia have been restored toward a 4-hectare land plot of "specially protected area" located in Orgov settlement of the Ashtarak community of Aragatsotn Region. The cadastral value, approximated to the market value, is AMD 31 million 680 thousand. It should be recalled that the Prosecutor's Office, in a lawsuit for the protection of state (community) interests, had demanded to recognize invalid the auction of April 25, 2005 on the alienation of a 4-hectare land plot by the former Head of Orgov community to his son in violation of the law. The lawsuit was granted and the land plot of "specially protected area" was returned to the Republic of Armenia.
