In the framework of three criminal proceedings (at the stage of preliminary investigation) investigated in Syunik Region, the amount equivalent to AMD 33 million was transferred to the Unified Account of Recovered Funds.

The criminal proceedings are related to the mining of precious metals by three companies operating in Qajaran and Kapan communities in violation of the requirements envisaged by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, as well as tax evasion.
