In the scope of the criminal case pending at the Anti-Corruption Committee defendant Vahe Gulanyan, holding the position of the Director of ““Sevan” National Park” State Non-Commercial Organization completely recovered the damage in the amount of AMD 27 million caused to the state. 

Let us remind, that Vahe Gulanyan, being an official is charged for the following:

• Prepared false delivery and acceptance report, an act on delivering the result of the contract to the customer—constituting official documents and using his official powers, with the help of a group of a individuals appropriated about AMD 3.6 million from ““Sevan” National Park” SNCO.

• Using his official powers, with the help of a group of individuals appropriated about AMD 3 million from the same SNCO.

• Prepared false reports and with the help of a group of individuals, fraudulently appropriated about AMD 20 million, afterwards committed money laundering on a particularly large scale.
