By the orders of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, issued in June–July 2025, a number of personnel changes have taken place within the Prosecutor’s Office.

Specifically:

• Koryun Serobyan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Head of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Hripsime Asatryan was appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Nikolay Barseghyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General and appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the same Department.

• Arman Baghdasaryan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department for Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Gorik Hovakimyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office, was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Tsovak Mnatsakanyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office, was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Andranik Alekyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
• Sashik Avetisyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Department.

• Razmik Arsenyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of the same District’s Prosecutor’s Office.

• Narek Mheryan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same District’s Prosecutor’s Office.

• Gevorg Khachatryan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan city.

• Esayi Abovyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan city and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Districts’ Prosecutor’s Office.

• Anna Mkrtchyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak Region, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan city.

• Hovhannes Bagyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kotayk Region and appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayk Region.

• Arevik Martirosyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office Armavir Region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Region’s Prosecutor’s Office.

• Aharon Safaryan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Region and appointed to the position of thr Senior Prosecutor of the same Region’s Prosecutor’s Office.

• Tigran Muradyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Region and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Region’s Prosecutor’s Office.

• Hrachya Nazaryan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Region.

• Hayk Martirosyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of Shirak Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office and appointed to the position of the Deputy Military Prosecutor of Shirak Garrison.

• Emil Zohrabyan was dismissed from the position of the Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office and appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Garrison’s Military Prosecutor’s Office.

• Hovhannes Safaryan, Prosecutor of Yerevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of Shirak Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.
