Another statement of claim submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office was awarded by the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Gegharkunik region dated July 2, 2025: after the entry of the judicial act into force the land plot with the surface of 15 thousand m², with the cadastral value of AMD 5 million 682 thousand approximated to the market value of the land plot, located at the north-eastern part of Tsovazard village, Gegharkunik region, on the right side of the Sevan-Gavar road will be returned to ““Sevan” National Park” SNCO. At the same time the state registration of the rights stemming from the contract was declared invalid. 

Let us remind that by the claim submitted in the scope of the state interests’ protection power,  the Prosecutor General’s Office required to declare invalid the contract on granting the right to construction of the abovementioned state owned land plot concluded between the  ““Sevan” National Park” SNCO and a production cooperative on March 11, 2009 and to apply result of invalidity.
