On June 17, 2025, the ownership rights of the Spitak community in Lori region were restored over a 0.07 ha land plot with the intended purpose of “residential area”, located at ^2nd street, 1/1, in the Jrashen settlement of the Spitak community.

It should be reminded that on December 23, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim filed by the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Within the framework of its function of state interests protection, the Prosecutor General’s Office had requested the court to declare invalid the auction of the 0.07 ha land plot located at 2^nd Street, 1/1, the village of Jrashen, Lori region, and to apply the result of invalidation.
