The Prosecutor's office of Syunik Region, within the framework of the authority to initiate a lawsuit to protect state (community) interests, examined the process of fulfilling obligations by subsoil users in the region regarding payments for replenishment (recultivation) of the environmental protection fund.

As a result of the study, based on the measures of prosecutorial action, warnings, a total of AMD 19 million 833 thousand, equivalent to 50 thousand USD, was paid to the state budget.
