The Anti-corruption court accepted into proceedings another statement of claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding the confiscation of illicit property.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court with the requirement to confiscate from Ashot Yeritsyan, former Head of “Sevkar Forestry” branch of “Hayantar” SNPO and related persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

• 6 immovable properties in Yerevan and Tavush region;
• 1 transportation means;
• Shares in 2 legal persons;
• AMD 98 million 482 thousand as a remainder of illicit income;  
• AMD 20 million 597 thousand, which is not substantiated by the lawful income of the person, has an illicit origin, was transferred to the bona fide purchaser or wasn’t identified.
