The Anti-corruption court has seised another appeal filed by the Prosecutor General's Office referring to the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office has filed a claim to the court to confiscate from Rubik Movsesyan, the former commercial director of “Haykakan Atomayin Electrakayan” CJSC and affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

• 17 immovable properties, 13 whereof in Yerevan;
• 1 means of transportation;
• Participation in 5 legal entities;
• The right to claim AMD 325 million 195 thousand of the illegal part of the loans provided;
• AMD 430 million 380 thousand as the balance of illegal income received;
• AMD 1 billion 91 million 682 thousand, which is not justified by the legal income of the person, has an illegal origin, was transferred to a bona fide acquirer or cannot be identified and confiscated.
