On April 8, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was restored over two land plots for agricultural use, with areas of 1 hectare and 0.5 hectares, located in the Yeghegnadzor community of the Vayots Dzor region.

It should be noted that the latest claim filed by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office was granted by the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court on February 26, 2025. The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim demanding from the court to declare the purchase and sale agreements signed on April 3, 2007, between the Yeghegnadzor community of the Vayots Dzor region and S.B. invalid, and to apply the consequences of invalidity by declaring the state registrations of ownership rights to the mentioned real estate based on the purchase and sale agreements of land plots invalid.
