On April 3, 2025, the prosecutor submitted the criminal proceedings regarding 2 persons accused of committing a murder on September 5, 2024, in the area adjacent to the entrance to the cemetery in the Ayntap settlement of Masis community, to the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor regions.

It should be reminded that the prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecution against V.T. and A.T. under point 8 of part 2 of Article 155 and part 3 of Article 297 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism by a group of persons with the use of an object or device made or fitted in advance to cause murder and bodily harm) within the framework of the criminal proceedings investigated by the Investigation Department of Ararat region.

Detention was chosen as a measure of restraint against V.T. and A.T.
