The Prosecutor General Office, within its exclusive authority to file claims for the protection of state and municipal interests, continued its examination in the mentioned field and conducted 435 investigations (in 2023, 383) detecting 328 violations (in 2023, 447) during the reporting period. The investigations included issues related to the protection of state and municipal property, the legality of their alienation, compliance with land legislation requirements, territorial governance, local self-government, and urban planning.

According to the report on the activities of the Prosecutor's Office for 2024, as a result of claims filed in 2024, property worth approximately AMD 2 billion 785 million 511 thousand (about USD 7 million 69 thousand) was effectively recovered, with a cadastral value close to the market one.
