On March 10, 2025, the Prosecutor submitted the criminal proceeding regarding a group of persons charged with a murder to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori region with the signed indictment.

Let us remind that on July 9, 2024, H.M. resident or Lori region left the house and never returned back.

Under the criminal proceedings initiated at the Investigative Committee it was found out that, E.D., resident of Lori region, having unfriendly relationship with H.M. on the night of July 9^th to July 10^th 2024, with his friends G.N., Y.M., G.N. invited H.M. to Y.M.’s house under the pretext of dinner but in fact for making clarifications regarding previous disagreements.  

During an argument that arose while clarifying previous disagreements, having an intention to kill H.M., E.D. G.N., Y.M., G.N. stabbed H.M.'s head and anterior and posterior surfaces of the abdomen at least 5 times, using blunt, hard, and cutting-edge objects, thus killing him. Afterwards they hid H.M.’s body in the in the plot of land adjacent to the house, partially burning his clothes and covering the corpse with the sand and stones.

The prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against G.N., E.D., G.N. under point 8 of part 2 of article 155 of the Criminal Code (murder committed by a group of persons), and against Y.M. under point 1 of Article 155 of the Criminal Code, taking into consideration the fact that the later was a minor at the moment of commission of the act (murder).

Detention was applied as a measure of restraint against the accused.
