On March 3, 2025 the ownership right of Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor region was registered over 4 land plots of agricultural significance with the total surface of 7000m² (0.7 ha) located at Malishka settlement.

Let us remind that on December 27, 2024, the Anti-corruption court awarded the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the protection of state interests, pursuant whereof the auctions organized during 2006-2007 regarding four land plots located at Malishka settlement of Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor region were rendered invalid and the ownership right of Yeghegnadzor enlarged community of Vayots Dzor region was restored.
