On April 3, 2024, the Prosecutor General’s Office received information that a public criminal prosecution was initiated against the director of one of LLC’s for extracting sand from different state-owned land plots located at Sayat-Nova settlement of Masis community of Ararat region without the subsoil use permit.

It was revealed under the Criminal proceedings that H.A., Director of the Company violated the requirements of subsoil use and preservation defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia from July 2023 until July 2024.

In particular, H.A., without the right to subsoil use, extracted state owned minerals (sand in the amount of 10 thousand 665 m³) with the use of special equipment, thus spoiled land plot with the surface of 12 thousand 18m².

On February 28, 2025 the Company completely recovered damage in the amount of AMD 20 million 986 thousand caused to the state and community.

On February 28, 2025, the prosecutor signed the indictment regarding H.A. and submitted to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor regions.
