The Prosecutor General's Office demands that former General Tax Inspector Armand Abrahamyan to confiscate 3 real estates, AMD 215 million

The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted into proceeding another claim of the Prosecutor General's Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

 

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a claim to the court to confiscate from former General Tax Inspector of the 3rd Inspection Department of the Complex Tax Inspection Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Armand Abrahamyan and his affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

 

3 immovable properties in Yerevan (market value of 2 properties: AMD 185 million 525 thousand), 1 immovable property in the village of Byuravan (market value: AMD 82 million 265 thousand).

 

  • 1 transportation means (market value: AMD 18 million 420 thousand).
  • 1 participation in a legal entity.
  • AMD 215 million as a sum total of the remainder of illicit income and funds not substantiated by a lawful income and transferred to bona fide third parties.
