The court has granted the claim of the Prosecutor's Office of Aragatsotn region for the protection of state (municipal) interests. Once the judicial act enters into legal force, a 4-hectare agricultural land plot, located in the Orgov community of Aragatsotn region, will be returned to the Ashtarak community.

It should be reminded that the Prosecutor's Office of Aragatsotn region, within the scope of its authority to protect state (municipal) interests, filed a claim on March 21, 2024, with the Anti-Corruption Court against the Ashtarak community of Aragatsotn region, demanding the invalidation of the auction for the sale of a 4-hectare land plot and the application of consequences of invalidity.

By the judgment of the Anti-Corruption Court, dated January 13, 2025, the claim filed by the Prosecutor's Office was granted, and the auction held by the Orgov community on April 25, 2005, for the sale of the 4-hectare land plot was declared invalid.
