Under the leadership of Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, the works carried out by the Prosecutor's Offices of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts for 2024 were summarized on February 14, 2025.

The summary meeting was attended by Yeghiazar Avagyan, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Rafael Manukyan, Prosecutor of Yerevan, Hayk Manandyan, newly appointed Prosecutor of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts, Mher Aprikyan, Secretary General of the Prosecutor's Office, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Security Service, Investigative Committee, prosecutors of the district prosecutor's offices, and others.

While presenting the report on the works of the Prosecutor's Office of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts for 2024, Hayk Manandyan mentioned that 582 criminal proceedings were submitted to the court with an indictment against 627 individuals (in 2023, 568 criminal proceedings against 671 individuals). In 2024, 590 guilty verdicts were delivered against 590 individuals (in 2023, 333 verdicts against 343 individuals).

Anna Vardapetyan gave a number of instructions to the Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts and the prosecutors of the same Prosecutor’s Office, which, inter alia, were related to enhancing the supervision over the quality of investigation in corruption related proceedings, activating works in the protection of state and community interests, ensuring the submission of motions by the prosecutors to the competent authorities that lead to consequences.
