On January 23, 2025, the prosecutor submitted materials of the criminal proceeding regarding M.S., G.D. and D.M., bodyguards of N.Ts. to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of the Kotayk region. The abovementioned individuals were charged with hooliganism and overt illegal taking by use of weapon committed on October 26, 2024, in the casino located at Tsaghkadzor city.

On January 13, 2025, the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against the bodyguards of N.Ts., under points 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 253 (burglary committed by a group of persons acting in conspiracy and by damaging any means intended for the preservation of property) as well as under point 1 of part 2 of article 474 (supporting a person having committed a criminal offence by a group of persons acting in conspiracy) of the Criminal Code. 

Let us remind that, in the scope of criminal proceeding examined at the Investigative Committee, the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against N.Ts.,  under points 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 46-253 (incitement of commission of burglary by a group of persons acting in conspiracy and by damaging any means intended for the preservation of property), part 3 of article 297 (hooliganism committed by use of weapon) and part 1 of article 335 (illegal acquisition or carrying of firearm) of the Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a measure of restraint against N.Ts. pursuant to the decision of the court and an international search was declared against the latter.
