The Anti-Corruption Court accepted into proceeding another case filed by the Prosecutor General's Office regarding confiscation of property of illegal origin.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office claimed the court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from the Judge of the Administrative Court of the RA, Ani Harutyunyan and her affiliates:

• 13 immovable properties in Yerevan, 1 immovable property in Kotayk, 3 immovable properties in Georgia.
• the cost of acquiring 1 real estate.
• 2 means of transportation,
• participation in 1 legal entity,
• value of2 advances outstanding,
• the right to claim the loan granted,
• AMD 86 million 930 as a remainder of illegal monetary means,
• AMD 954 million 519 thousand as a sum of the remainder of an illicit income and funds transferred to bona fide third persons and not substantiated by a lawful income.
