On December 25, 2024, the Anti-corruption court accepted into the proceedings another statement of claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court on confiscating from Harutyun Manucharyan, former Head of Berd community of Tavush region and related persons the following:

• 2 immovable properties in Tavush region;
• The market value of 1 property; 
• An amount of 1 outstanding deposit;
• Lease payments of 1 property until the actual implementation of the decision;
• AMD 26 million 844 thousand as a remainder of an illicit income and funds;
• AMD 42 million 279 thousand, not substantiated by a lawful income of the person during 2009-2022, which has an illicit origin, was transferred to bona fide purchaser or could not be identified.
